Rick began his career in the automotive industry and drew upon his experiences to take a position as Shop Floor Manager with BAMCO in 1988. Rick has overseen the growth of BAMCO’s fabrication initiatives and was promoted to Vice President in 2004. His current responsibilities include the oversight of both the Wood Ave. and Baekeland Ave. fabrication facilities. Furthermore, personnel from Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Control and Quality Control report directly to him. Rick has recently overseen the institution of LEAN manufacturing principles on our factory floors and is a strong advocate of our continued improvement practices.
