Hudson Exchange Phase 2 will be a 60 story mixed use retail and luxury residential high rise built upon an 18 acre lot in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will be Bamco’s second project on the site working for a partnership between Noble Construction Group and Consigli Construction and will entail of $6MM worth of perforated plate and aluminum composite material. Construction slated for Q1 2024.
