As BAMCO continues to help reshape the Jersey City NJ landscape, Suffolk Construction, 1 Penn Plaza NYC and Boston MA, has selected BAMCO Inc. to provide over 20,000 square feet of our P-500 plate system in both aluminum and stainless steel, perforated and unperforated, for the current phase of the Hudson Exchange West project. Planned to eventually encompass six blocks and over 18 acres of downtown Jersey City, the newest structure will consist of a seven story podium, a 28 story residential and retail tower and a 287 space parking garage. Developed by Forest City Residential and designed by Perkins and Eastman, the project is expected to be completed in 2019.
