BAMCO has been selected by L&M Developers to furnish 50,000 sq.ft. of our D-500 rainsceen panel system for the re-clad of the expansive Marcus Garvey housing complex in Brooklyn NY, as part of an urban revitalization plan for the failed “Defensible Space” programs of the late 1960’s and 70’s. When completed, the 625 units will provide safe and affordable housing in the previously blighted Brownsville neighborhood.
