BAMCO has been selected by General Contractor New Line Construction to provide over 18,000 square feet of our P-500 aluminum plate panel system on the second phase of the Tishman Speyer $700 million development, Gotham Center, in Long Island City NY. Comprised of the previously completed Building 2 and the new towers Buildings 1 and 3, the 1.1 million square foot development will house both commercial office and retail space. Construction is underway with an anticipated completion of late 2019.
