BAMCO has partnered with BV Glazing to fabricate and install almost 20,000 sf of CAP and aluminum plate for Stevens Institute of Technology’s new Student Housing and University Center project, beginning in the 3rd quarter of 2020. The 75,000 sf center is an exciting addition to their campus, intended to become a hub of student activity. We will be involved with the cladding of all three components of the building: its three story student center base, the two residential high-rises that will sit atop it, and the bridge connecting the towers. The building will be LEED Silver Certified, and is expected to wrap up construction in Stevens’ 2021-22 academic year.
