Bamco is pleased to announce we will be teaming up once again with Natoli Construction in the construction of the new Rodkin Academic Success Center for Rutgers University. Part of Rutgers ongoing expansion and in keeping with their goal of LEED construction with the use of natural materials, Bamco will be supplying over 30,000 square feet of ACM and FRP panels for the projects exterior. Designed by Ewing Cole as part of a design build proposal developed by Natoli with the help of their construction partners and featuring a sleek and functional exterior, the new facility will be open early 2020.
BAMCO is excited to be engineering and supplying a combined 150,000 SF of both ACM and Trespa panels to One Willoughby Square, the new tallest commercial building in Brooklyn. BAMCO is partnering with United Glass System who is furnishing all the curtain wall systems. The 36 story project will be comprised of modern, open floor offices on the upper levels, with retail space on the ground floor, and a 300 seat school to be housed on the lower levels. One Willoughby is designed by FXCollaborative and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
Architectural Window has chosen BAMCO to supply and install 90,000 SF of our D-500 system to the newest installation of the world-famous RIU Hotels, in NYC. The hotel, located in Midtown, will span 50 stories and 260,000 SF. The project is designed by Berg & Moss Architects.
As BAMCO continues to help reshape the Jersey City NJ landscape, Suffolk Construction, 1 Penn Plaza NYC and Boston MA, has selected BAMCO Inc. to provide over 20,000 square feet of our P-500 plate system in both aluminum and stainless steel, perforated and unperforated, for the current phase of the Hudson Exchange West project. Planned to eventually encompass six blocks and over 18 acres of downtown Jersey City, the newest structure will consist of a seven story podium, a 28 story residential and retail tower and a 287 space parking garage. Developed by Forest City Residential and designed by Perkins and Eastman, the project is expected to be completed in 2019.
BAMCO Inc. is proud to have been selected to provide a variety of materials/systems for the newly restarted project Asbury Ocean Club Surfside Resort and Residences in Asbury Park, N.J. Originally planned as the Esperanza and stalled for more than a decade, the current luxury 16 story structure will house 130 condominiums and a 54 room boutique hotel. Sordoni Construction of Bedminster N.J. selected Bamco to design, engineer and construct a series of complex structures that will serve as trellises and bladed grills throughout the building. Bamco will supply our composite panel systems as well. Designed by Handel Architects the project is expected to be completed in 2019.
BAMCO has been selected by General Contractor New Line Construction to provide over 18,000 square feet of our P-500 aluminum plate panel system on the second phase of the Tishman Speyer $700 million development, Gotham Center, in Long Island City NY. Comprised of the previously completed Building 2 and the new towers Buildings 1 and 3, the 1.1 million square foot development will house both commercial office and retail space. Construction is underway with an anticipated completion of late 2019.
LF Driscoll continues its long standing relationship with BAMCO in awarding the new Patient Bed Tower expansion at the Jefferson University Hospital, Cherry Hill NJ campus. BAMCO will design, fabricate and install over 42,000 square feet of our D-500 presser equalized composite aluminum panel rain screen system along with approximately 11,000 square feet of Trespa Internationals TS-210 phenolic panel system and 7,000 square feet of louvers. When completed, the new expansion will provide additional critical care capacity for the growing campus. The project, designed by the international design firm Callison RTKL Associates, is expected to be completed in 2019.
RWJ Barnabas Health and General Contractor Wm. Blanchard have selected BAMCO, Inc. to reface their Livingston NJ campus. BAMCO will fabricate and install over 50,000 square feet of Trepsa International’s TS-110 phenolic panel system in a thermally broken and insulated wall system for a modern and energy efficient remake of the original facility first opened in 1964. This marks the continued relationship between Wm. Blanchard and BAMCO and is in keeping with our long history of building the Tri state areas hospital and health care system. Completion is expected by end of Fiscal Year 2018.
BAMCO is pleased to have been selected by Turner Construction NY to provide over 40,000 square feet of our D-500 pressure equalized composite aluminum rain screen panel system for the new Ronald O. Perelman Center for Business at Columbia University. The project consists of 2 new buildings occupying over 492,000 square feet of state of the art flexible classrooms and multifunctional spaces. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Diller Scifidia and Renfro in collaboration with FXFOWLE Architects, the structures will complement the expanding Manhattenville campus. Completion is expected in 2019.
BAMCO has been selected by The Related Companies LP, to provide custom profiled composite panel and corrugated infills for their latest project, Tower D, at the prestigious Hudson Yards site on Manhattan’s west side. BAMCO will furnish and install approximately 23,000 square feet of Alcoa’s faux zinc Reynobond composite aluminum panel and associated corrugated siding. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in Fall of 2018.
Intech Construction of Philadelphia PA has selected BAMCO to fabricate and install over 25,000 square feet of our C-500 composite aluminum panel system at the View II project located in Center City Philadelphia. The mixed use facility designed by Wallace, Roberts and Todd and developed by Goldenberg Group will provide over 460,000 square feet of mixed use retail and luxury residential space in its 12 story frame. Completion is due Fall of 2018.
BAMCO has been chosen to provide approximately 25,000 square feet of our D-500 pressure equalized rainscreen product as well as natural copper panels and trim for the new Gianforte Academic Building at Stevens Institute. BAMCO will be teaming up yet again with Gilbane Building Company on this next phase of the universities 10 year expansion plan. The building will be in keeping with Steven’s green initiative and plans to be LEED Gold certified.
BAMCO has been chosen by Lend Lease US Construction to participate in the latest expansion of the NY Methodist Hospital. BAMCO will fabricate and install over 30,000 square feet of exterior siding featuring our D-500 Pressure Equalized RainScreen System. Construction will begin in Spring of ’18.
BAMCO has been selected once again to provide metal panel for Terminal Construction; this time on the new High Tech High School in Secaucus N.J. Bamco will provide over 38,000 square feet of our D-500 Pressure Equalized Rain Screen System on radiused walls and entries. Due to be completed by Spring 2018, the design is in keeping with the state of the art nature of the facility and will provide Hudson County students with one of the state’s most advanced technical high schools.
BAMCO has been selected to engineer, fabricate and deliver over 55,000 square feet of our BAMCO C&D 500 composite aluminum panel systems for field erected and prefabricated erection on the Westfield Office Campus in West Des Moines Iowa. The project features a custom panel design utilizing elongated panel returns and is currently one of the largest construction projects in the state of Iowa. Expected to be completed in Summer of 2018, the project, owned by RR Realty Group, will offer premier corporate office space to the Des Moines community.
BAMCO has been selected by Aurora Contractors, in conjunction with owner General Growth Properties, to provide 25,000 square feet of its C 500 & D 500 composite aluminum panel system for the undergoing expansion of the Staten Island Mall. Scheduled to be completed in 2018, the expansion will add entertainment and dining options at Staten Island’s largest mall complex.
BAMCO has been selected by The Structure Tone organization to provide over 13,000 sq. ft. of its P-500 solid aluminum plate panel system for the new Unilever Marketplace expansion in Englewood Cliffs N.J. The design firm of Perkins and Will created a fully NFPA 285 compliant exterior wall system complete with a continuous insulated girt system beneath a pressure equalized metal rain screen. Completion is expected in 2017.
BAMCO has been chosen to design, fabricate and furnish over 46,000 square feet of Trespa TS-110 face fastened phenolic panel system along with 16,500 square feet of our D-500 pressure equalized composite aluminum rain screen panel for the construction of the new Washington Adventist hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. Completion is expected in 2018.
BAMCO D-500 pressure equalized composite aluminum rain screen panels were featured on this 8-story residential rental building in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Large, industrial style windows with metal slab and column covers clad the primary facades, evoking an industrial style common to recent Brooklyn developments. Developed by Yoel Goldman’s Brooklyn GC with design by ODA, the building will offer 106 rental units ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms.
BAMCO has been selected once again to participate in the Colgate R & D facility expansion in Piscataway, N.J. General Contractor Structure Tone has turned to BAMCO to fabricate and install over 20,000 square feet of its C-500 composite panel system to complete the new West Wing expansion which will complement the previous wing expansions completed in 2015.

BAMCO’s metal wall systems meet NFPA 285 compliance requirements for fire resistance, making the Company one of the few custom manufacturers to meet NFPA 285 criteria. The standard fire test for wall assemblies containing combustible components measured BAMCO’s FABLOGIC D-500 Rainscreen Panels. The test evaluated the product’s exterior, non-load bearing wall assemblies and panels as components of curtain wall assemblies and measured fire propagation characteristics for post-flashover fires of interior origin. Turner Construction NYC has selected Bamco to provide metal panel and louver work on the new $150MM Rockefeller University Expansion in Manhattan, N.Y. The project is underway and BAMCO is scheduled to be on site the first part of 2017. What makes this project unique is the the new campus expansion is being built over the FDR Drive, and spans four city blocks. Most of the primary structure was built in NJ in multiple pieces and then floated over to the east side via a barge. Following on the heels of the successful Journal Squared Tower 1 project, Bamco has been awarded another Kushner project in coordination with General Contractors Claremont Construction and Pre-Fabricators Atlantic Wall Systems, The Marin Residences in Jersey City N.J. The project will utilize over 50,000 square feet of our G-500 gasketed composite panel system and will be completed by the 2nd quarter 2017.
Bamco has been selected by Nobel Construction Group to provide over 25,000 square feet of our C-500 wet sealed composite panel system on the latest phase of the Gulls Cove residential tower complex in Jersey City, N.J. Completion is scheduled for 1st quarter 2017.

BAMCO has been hired by The Hunter Roberts Construction Group, NYC, to help build the new Pier 57 project in NYC. Pier 57’s redevelopment would fill in a critical piece of Hudson River Park and generate much needed park revenue.
BAMCO has been brought on board by Barr & Barr Construction and the projects surety to complete the presently delayed 145,000 square foot, $115MM Rutgers Chemistry building in Piscataway NJ. Bamco will fabricate and install over 67,000 square feet of composite aluminum panels for the project.

BAMCO has been selected by L&M Developers to furnish 50,000 sq.ft. of our D-500 rainsceen panel system for the re-clad of the expansive Marcus Garvey housing complex in Brooklyn NY, as part of an urban revitalization plan for the failed “Defensible Space” programs of the late 1960’s and 70’s. When completed, the 625 units will provide safe and affordable housing in the previously blighted Brownsville neighborhood.

BAMCO is honored to have been chosen to provide over 100,000 square feet of BAMCO’s Fablogic D-500 product for three new structures at the Jehovah’s Witnesses new world headquarters in Warwick, New York. The project centers around using an environmentally sustainable building design and construction is currently under way.

BAMCO will clad the new high-tech Cablevision call center in Newark, N.J. The project will incorporate over 20,000 square feet of Bamco’s D-500 rainscreen system. The state-of-the-art call center will handle Cablevision’s customer service calls.
BAMCO’s C-500 composite panel system was selected as the panel of choice to clad the new technology wings at the expanded Colgate facilities in Piscataway, N.J., as part of Colgate’s “Global Growth and Efficiency” program.
A premier transportation hub at Fordham Plaza in the Bronx, NY will be enhanced after a collaborative reconstruction process with the Department of Design and Construction. BAMCO’s P-500 .125 aluminum plate system will be incorporated into new, oval-shaped ultra sleek glass and metal panels, transforming the plaza into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly public space and world class transit hub. Construction on BAMCO’s latest three-tower residential building project, Journal Squared, has begun in Jersey City, New Jersey. Journal Squared will include a 54-story tower with 540 units, a 70-story tower with 700 units, and a 60-story tower with 600 units. Read the Article.
BAMCO, Inc. has entered into a joint venture with the Novinger Group of Middletown PA., a prefabricated wall manufacturer and erector, for the first of a series of three new Journal Squared towers for Kushner Companies/AJD in Jersey City, N.J. The project comprises over 260,000 square feet of pre-fabricated and field erected composite aluminum panel.

BAMCO was engaged to become the proprietary national fabricator and supplier of composite panels for Invicta USA’s corporate identity program. The first store, a 543-square-foot store featuring cutting-edge watches, stylish writing instruments, artful jewelry and elegant eyewear for men and women, was just completed at Christiana Mall in Delaware. It is expected to open in April, 2014.

BAMCO has been awarded a $5MM+ contract by Skanska USA to construct the new Prudential Financial Headquarters, located in Newark, NJ. The new 20-story office building in downtown Newark could be completed by the end of 2014.
A group of students from NJIT’s College of Architecture and Design recently visited BAMCO. The tour, also sponsored by Trespa, included a presentation by Allan Pasternak, and a tour of the company’s engineering department and fabrication facilities, giving students the opportunity to see computer numerical control (CNC) fabrication technology and lean manufacturing processes at work. BAMCO enters the New England market by securing a new construction project for Galvin Middle School in Wakefield, MA. The new Galvin Middle School is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2015, and will include 18,000 square feet of composite metal panel cladding.
BAMCO is selected as the installer of TRESPA panels for the new DCH Toyota dealership, located in Freehold, NJ. The project includes renovations to the existing two-story portion and service facility, as well as the construction of two new wings.

BAMCO has been selected to clad the Secaucus-based Goya Foods’ new $127 million warehouse and headquarters. The new facility, located in Jersey City, NJ, is expected to open in 2014. At about 631,000 SF, this will be the largest of Goya’s 15 American facilities. Read the Press Release
